Job Summary:  #

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales manager in France to join our team. 

As a Sales manager for Premium Positioning in France, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in the region by identifying new business opportunities, managing end-to-end sales processes, and developing strong relationships with key customers. You will also monitor market trends, and provide regular sales reports. This role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, a deep understanding of the French market, and a strong customer focus.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of RTK (and SSR) technology and its applications in the industry. They will have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. They will also possess strong analytical skills to conduct market research, analyse data, and make informed decisions.


  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, create strategic plans to penetrate new markets, and manage the sales pipeline to ensure consistent business growth related to RTK and SSR technology. 
  • Sales Execution: Manage end-to-end sales processes including lead generation, proposal development, negotiation, and closing deals.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets
  • Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers. Understand their requirements and ensure their needs are met with our solutions.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer behaviour to inform sales strategies and forecasts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and customer satisfaction
  • Attend trade shows and conferences to network with potential clients and stay informed on industry developments
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to key stakeholders, including senior management and potential clients
  • Work with the marketing team to develop a strong brand identity to achieve the aim of being the go-to precise positioning (RTK) provider.

Requirements & skills #

  • 5+ years of experience in business development or sales in a GEO-related industry, preferably in the RTK and SSR technology industry 
  • Strong understanding of RTK (and SSR) technology and its applications in the industry
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities related to RTK (and SSR) technology
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical skills to conduct market research, analyse data, and make informed decisions
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Willingness to travel as needed (quarterly meetings, relevant events and partner visits)
