Who we are

Where you contract with Premium Positioning LLC, registration number 555066, 151 Calle de San Francisco Ste 200, San Juan, PR 00901-1660, that entity is responsible instead. The practices described here apply to both.
What we collect
From the forms.
First and last name, company name, email address, country and telephone number. The contact and partner forms also take a message, and you choose what to put in it.
From your visit.
Our hosting provider records standard access information, including IP address, browser type and the pages you request, so the site runs and stays secure.
From contact with us.
Emails and calls, and a record of them against your company.
We do not ask for special category data, payment card details or identification documents through this website.
Why
To answer your enquiry, to set up a trial, to provide and support the services you buy, to keep our records accurate, and to send you information about our services where you have asked for it or where you are already a customer.
The legal bases are performance of a contract or steps taken before entering one, our legitimate interest in running the business, your consent where we ask for it, and our legal obligations.
Cookies
We set only the cookies this site needs to work: page delivery, security, and remembering choices you have made here. We do not run analytics or advertising cookies and we do not track you across other websites. If that changes, we will ask your permission first and this notice will say what we set.
A page carrying a video or a map from another service may set cookies from that service. We do not control those. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time, though blocking the necessary ones will stop parts of the site working.

Who else sees it
our website host, the provider that hosts our positioning platform, our customer relationship system, our email provider and our connectivity suppliers. We name individual providers to clients on request under confidentiality.
Service providers acting on our instructions and for no other purpose:
We do not sell personal data and we do not pass your details to other companies for their own marketing.
Where a provider is outside the European Economic Area, transfers are covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.
How long we keep it
Customer records:
for the life of the relationship, then for as long as our tax and accounting obligations require.
Enquiries that do not become customers, and support correspondence: 24 months from your last contact with us.
Our website host keeps standard access records for a short period for security and troubleshooting. We do not use them for anything else.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, ask us to restrict or stop using it, and ask us to send it to another provider.
Email info@premium-positioning.com. We reply within one month, and will tell you if a complex request needs longer.
We will only ask you to confirm your identity where we have genuine doubt, and then for the least that settles it.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority, or to the supervisory authority where you live.

Changes
We update this notice when the site or the law changes. The version published here is the one that applies.
